If you're here it's because much like when I got married, you've realised that it's just impossible to be in 100 places at once on your wedding day and still enjoy the day.
After months of planning and organising, and after the 10th call that day from a vendor, I had a breakdown on the big day. How can I or my husband check our vendors had arrived, that the place settings were how we wanted or that clean up at the end of the night was organised, while also being present, in the moment, and actually enjoy our wedding?
The answer is you simply can't.
That realisation happened for me while getting my makeup done on the day (cue a huge breakdown), and the next morning I vowed I would do anything in my power to make sure no Bride or Groom ever felt that way again. That is where Wedding Day Genie comes in...

Sofia started as an event planner, but after seeing how difficult it is for couples to ensure the huge day they had plan went off without a hitch, and still enjoy their day (she experienced this herself) she started Wedding Day Genie. She aims to make couples have the day they have always imagined, one they can treasure forever.

Ria is looking to study business and event management, and has been assisting Wedding Day Genie on weddings for 2 years now. Lovingly known a genie’s little helper, she ensures a wedding runs exactly as planned by taking care of all of the little details. Bride’s dress needs fixing for a photo? She has it. A buttonhole out of place? She has it.

Nadia has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to event coordinating, and joined Wedding Day Genie to help couples have the most beautiful day. She focuses on the planning beforehand, and is often our sounding board, ensuring we have discussed every aspect of our couples wedding, and thought of every eventuality. She also has the best tips and tricks for soon to be brides & grooms, so don’t be shy, ask for advice!
